Oracle credentials

Credentials for your Oracle environments are encrypted and used only to connect to those environments on your behalf. They are never shown in the browser and never appear in logs.

Your SQL

SQL is not stored unless you save a query yourself, or you switch Query History on in Settings. History is kept for the period you choose and can be cleared at any time.

Results and exports

Query results are not warehoused. Full exports are held privately for a short period and expire automatically; only you can download them.

Profile information

Profile answers such as your role, Oracle areas and country are optional and used to improve OraQuery. Email preferences are off unless you turn them on, and can be withdrawn at any time under Settings > Email Preferences. A record of each change is kept so consent can be evidenced.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account removes your profile, environments, credentials, saved queries, history and temporary exports. A record of consent changes is retained under our retention policy.
